Rev.MANIAM JESUDASONI believe that GOD directed you here, and I’m glad to welcome you to HOUSE OF PRAYER MINISTRIES – Sri Lanka. Let me tell you first about the Conception of HOUSE OF PRAYER MINISTRIES. Our Home Church is based solidly upon the Word of God; “and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.” Genesis 49:10 In Mathew 18:20 Jesus looked ahead to a new day when He would be present with his followers not in body, but through his Holy Spirit. In the body of believers (the church), the sincere agreement of two people is more powerful than the superficial agreement of thousands, because Christ’s Holy Spirit is with them. Two or more believers, filled with the Holy Spirit, will pray according to God’s will, not their own; thus their requests will be granted. “For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. Matthew 18:20 (KJV)

Many fail to recognize the POWER and AUTHORITY in the church because their grief blinds them; they are incapable to see Christ because they don’t expect to see Him. Jesus is near you, and He is calling your name. Can you, like Mary, regard Him as your Lord? In Matthew 20:18 Mary did not meet the risen Christ until she had discovered the empty tomb. Then she responded with joy and obedience by going to tell the disciples. We cannot meet Christ until we discover that he is indeed alive, that His tomb is empty. Are you filled with joy by this good news, and do you share it with others?

Our Home Church extends the invitation to all to come to Jesus and experience the joys of salvation in Christ. The gospel is unlimited in scope — all people everywhere may come. Salvation cannot be earned, but God gives it freely. We live in a world desperately in need, and many are dying of thirst. But it’s still not too late. We invite everyone to come and drink. “And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” Revelation 22:17

Our Home Church is established upon better promises. On this site, you can learn how to continue to follow God by meditating on his Word. Meditating means spending time hearing and thinking about what you have read or heard. It means asking yourself how you should change so you’ll live as God wants. Hearing and meditating on God’s Word are important steps toward applying it to your everyday life. Faith comes by hearing the Word of God. Click here and Listen to an Audio Bible! We’d like to support you with prayer, and to offer you some materials that you can use as you grow in Christ. Just fill in your name and share any prayer requests or comments you may have. We will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word (Acts 6:4).
